Construction Skill. Co was founded in 1990 with a mission to share independent design thinking and give life to a vision bubbling in the minds of its two founders, Mr. Pradeep Batra and Mr. Gulshan Miglani.

Since then, our team has grown, and so have we. We have executed interior design projects in over 25 airports in India, numerous Banks, Government Offices, and housing projects in India and the USA. Our philosophy is ‘merging design, comfort, and utility to create breathable, liveable spaces.’

Gulshan is a design and logistics whiz. He is a seasoned civil engineer with over 30+ years of experience in interiors and construction, skilled in combining conceptual and practical aspects of design, ensuring flawless and timely execution.

Junior Architect

Madhur brings youthful dynamism and technical expertise to the team. He has pursued B.Arch from Sushant School of Art and Architecture in Gurgaon, and is skilled in creating cutting edge designs with crisp and modern interiors.
